If you are a vegetarian person, you will find that there is a big problem in following the keto diet, as it depends mainly on fats, but this weekly system is an excellent schedule for vegetarians to follow the keto diet and get effective results.

Weekly schedule for the complete vegetarian keto diet

 (breakfast, lunch and dinner )

A unique schedule that includes all the important details for seven days in a smooth and easy to apply manner.

Saturday Omelet made of coconut oil or olive oil, cheese, and tomatoes Broccoli and cauliflower sautéed in olive oil and topped with bell peppers and cheese Keto vegetable salad with strawberries
Sunday whipped cream or heavy cream An unprocessed burger with keto veggies Full fat yogurt, berries and a handful of nuts
Monday Smoothie juice (made of strawberries and full fat milk) in addition to spinach and peanut butter Pumpkin chunks with tempeh balls (fermented soybeans that can be eaten as a meat substitute) and avocado puree if available. A mixture of coconut milk, olive oil and vegetables 


Tuesday Omelet made of coconut oil, cheese, tomatoes, garlic and onions Pizza made with cauliflower as a substitute for dough, cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, and spinach Salad of vegetables allowed in keto, in addition to avocado
Wednesday Fried tofu with olive oil, keto vegetables and cheese Broccoli and cauliflower sautéed in avocado oil and topped with cheese Frittata (like pizza but without the dough) with coconut oil, spinach and tomatoes
Thursday  Natural yogurt topped with walnuts and chia seeds Taco wraps (wraps should be made from corn instead of bread) stuffed with lettuce, mushrooms, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, and cheese.  Pumpkin pizza with olive oil, cheese, spinach, and garlic
Friday Whipped cream or heavy cream with nuts Baked avocado topped with chives (a green vegetable that looks like scallions), coconut, and sweet red pepper Crushed cauliflower sautéed in coconut oil with greens and tofu
